TERMS & CONDITIONS:

I understand that I will have to pay a deposit to lock in my party date with On The Fly Mixology. A separate invoice will be sent for the deposit.

I understand, should the event be cancelled by myself I have the opportunity to reschedule the event up to three times. Should the event be cancelled due to rain, a rain date option is available. Should the event be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on the day of the event a $100 event fee will be charged and all other payments (excluding the deposit) made will be refunded.
